Procedures for New Enterprises to Apply for the Certificate of Business

1 The applicant of the new enterprise shall go to Room 116 to receive an application form of the applying for the examination and approval of the name of the enterprise.

2. The applicant shall send the application form of the name of the enterprise and a photo-printed copy of the ID card of the shareholder of the enterprise to Room 115, and go to Room 116 to receive the application of the registration of the enterprise.

3. After receiving the application of the registration of the enterprise, the applicant shall, in case the enterprise belongs to the category that requires special examination and approval, go to the relevant examination and approval authorities to complete all necessary procedures.

4. The applicant shall fill in the application of the enterprise according to the instructions.

5 The applicant shall deposit the same amount of the registered capital in the Agricultural Bank of China or the China Construction Bank on the second floor of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau.

6. With the deposit receipt issued by the Agricultural Bank of China or the China Construction Bank, the applicant shall go to Room 113 to complete procedures of depositing the registered capital in bank for the record.

7. With the certificate of depositing the registered capital in bank for the record and the bank¡¯s deposit receipt, the applicant shall go the accounting agency to complete procedures of the registered capital verification.

8. After filling the application of the enterprise, the report of the registered capital verification, the application of the name of the enterprise and other related written material and certificates, the applicant shall go to Room 120 to hand in all these written material and certificates to receive the Notice of the Handling of the Application of the Enterprise. In case the submitted written material and certificates should be revised or added with more information, a staff of Room 239 will contact you.

9. Room 101 of the ESC will offer you information on the joint stock system and how to complete procedures for registering a limited-liability company as well as services such as photo printing, typewriting and printing. Meanwhile, your supervision over our work and your suggestions for improving our work at all divisions of the ESC are welcome.
